Remove client features #2

This thing is a lot more useful as a simple mock HTTP server. There are many better alternatives for the client side so there is no point in keeping that stuff.

On second thought, the other command line tools (CURL primarily) are much harder to use to produce the equivalent output (entire HTTP response).

Will need to think a bit more about this before stripping out the client features.

Full client now implemented.
