Add apt sources list

Sometimes the sources.list is broken after install, so fix that.

Don't run puppet until after reboot.

Add pam_mount, /tmp and /home tmpfs mounts, and infoadmin homedir

Add initial puppet run to generate CSR

Add keyutils, use override instead of fallback for homedir

Run puppet before and after domain join. Leave domain before joining.
