Incomplete, and unmaintained.

ITS have pretty much killed this version by disabling broadcasts, and repeatedly disabling the firewall exceptions necessary for the server side. I started an attempt to convert the backend to a JMS server that would reside on an external server (to get around firewall issues), but have abandoned this attempt in favour of starting again using a web service.
