- Added XSLT_STYLESHEETS variable and made DERIVED_XML depend on this, so that the entire document will get rebuilt if the main HTML and LaTeX stylesheets get changed. Note that our attempt to use the resolver to get the paths for the XSL files didn't work and is currently just commented out.
